Ingredients

  • 6 nos hard boiled eggs


  • 1 cups peas


  • 1/2 cups onion paste


  • 1/2 tsp garlic paste


  • 1/2 tsp ginger paste


  • 1 tsp tomato puree


  • 1 tsp salt.. as taste


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp haldi powder


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala


  • 2 nos chop green chilli.


  • 2 tsp chop green coriander


  • 1/2 tsp kasuri methi.


  • 2 tbsp oil

Directions

  • Hardboiled eggs ka chilka nikal le centre se cut k le.
  • Wok main oil heat k garlic saute k onion saute kar phir ginger and tomato 🍅 puree add k
  • bhune peas bhi dal de all dry masala add k bhune half cup of water add k cover k peas ke paste take cook k le.
  • Boiled water add k apne taste ke according gravy bana le kasuri methi mix k de.
